Terms

Our general policy:

Check in time 16:00 hrs (or 4 p.m.)

For early arrival before 4 p.m., please check availability before arrival.

Check out time 11:00 hrs (or 11 a.m.)

Child policy

-   Child aged 0-2 years: Free. Sharing parents room when using existing bed or complimentary baby cot.

-   Child aged 3-12 years: Ask for info by email.

Payment:

-   Payment for our room or house charges is to be settled in DKK or EUR currency only.

-   Payment Cash upon arrival or as a bank transfer before your arrival. You will recieve our banking details on email, when you book finally.

Breakfast Condition:

-   We do not serve breakfast.

-   There is a supermarket and a bakery within 5 minutes walk from our house.

Pet Policy:

No pets are allowed.

No smoking inside.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations/bookings must be cancelled by 12:00 hrs (12 p.m. hotel time) 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night plus. Please specify that you have read and understand the rate policies for your itinerary on the booking form.

Guarantee Policy:

If you have received a confirmation from us on your request, and you have confirmed this to us, your final booking is secured.

If you pay a deposit, it will secure your booking and be deducted your final payment.

The payment of the accommodation will be totally charged upon your check-in or during your stay according to your agreement.

When renting our house (ground floor):

You will be asked to pay a deposit, when you confirm the rental of our house.

You must transfer your full payment to our account no later than one week before your arrival.

Within one week after your stay, your deposit minus the cost of the mandatory final cleaning will be refunded to your account, if there have been no damages.
